Excellent for tired muscles, bruises, sprains and stiffness, this is our base cream made with shea butter and organic almond oil with the addition of extract of arnica. Arnica is well known to be very effective at healing bruises and it is now thought to also have a preventive qualities. Marathon runners sometimes use the arnica extract before they race to improve their performance and to minimize the pain that can result from muscle sprains or strains, stiffness, or swelling.
